ChatGy is owned and operated by Jignesh Dharmendra Damor.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account you confirm your date of birth truthfully. Misrepresenting your age results in permanent removal.

2. Your account

Your account is tied to your phone number and is for your personal use only. You're responsible for activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to post or send content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit in public areas, or that exploits anyone. The full rules are in our Community Guidelines — they're part of these Terms.

4. Content & moderation

You own your content and grant us the licence needed to display it within the service. All content may be scanned by automated systems and reviewed by our team. We may remove content and warn, suspend, or ban accounts that violate these Terms. Suspensions can be appealed via support.

5. Safety disclaimer

Be careful when meeting people online. ChatGy does not run criminal background checks. Our Safety page has practical guidance.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

7. Changes

We'll notify you of material changes to these Terms in-app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
