ChatGy is owned and operated by Jignesh Dharmendra Damor.

What we collect

• Account data: phone number, name, date of birth, bio, profile photo, dating role preferences.
• Location: approximate coordinates (with your permission) to power Discovery and local feeds. You can hide your distance at any time.
• Content: messages, photos, voice notes, posts, and stories you create.
• Device data: push notification token and platform, for delivering notifications.

How we use it

• To operate the service: matching, chat, feeds, notifications.
• To keep the community safe: automated content scanning (including third-party image safety analysis), enforcement, and report handling.
• We never sell your personal data and we don't show third-party ads.

Retention & deletion

• Messages follow your chosen retention setting (7 / 30 / 90 days or forever).
• Disappearing photos are permanently deleted from our servers after expiry.
• Sparks are deleted 24 hours after posting.
• Deleting your account permanently removes all of your data — see Delete Account.

Sharing

Content is shared only with the audiences you choose (a chat partner, your followers, or public feeds). We share data with processors strictly required to run the service (cloud hosting, push delivery, image safety scanning), and with authorities only when legally required.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or erase your data. Most controls are in the app (Settings → Privacy); for anything else, contact us.

Age

ChatGy is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; suspected underage accounts are removed.
