Community Guidelines

ChatGy exists so LGBTQ people can connect safely. These rules apply everywhere — profiles, chat, Flashes, Sparks, and comments.

✅ Do

• Be yourself — real photos, honest age, genuine intentions.
• Respect boundaries and consent, in conversation and in person.
• Report anything that feels wrong. You're protecting the next person too.

🚫 Never

• No explicit content in public areas. Profile photos, Flashes, and Sparks must be safe-for-work. Automated scanning enforces this before content goes live.
• No hate. Slurs, harassment, or discrimination of any kind — including within our own community — are removed and penalised. Our filters cover English, Hindi, and Hinglish.
• No minors. ChatGy is 18+ only. Any content sexualising minors is reported to authorities.
• No harassment. Unwanted contact after being told to stop, threats, or doxxing.
• No spam or scams. Fake profiles, solicitation, and commercial spam are banned.

Enforcement

1st & 2nd violation → warning · 3rd → 15-day suspension · 4th+ → human review, up to permanent ban. Serious violations (minors, threats, illegal content) skip the ladder and result in immediate bans.
