Delete your ChatGy account

Deleting your account is permanent and removes all of your data, including:

• Profile, photos, and bio
• All conversations, messages, photos, and voice notes
• All Flashes, Sparks, comments, reactions, and follows
• Device tokens and notification settings

Delete from inside the app (instant)

Profile tab → Settings → Delete Account → confirm. Deletion is immediate.

Can't access the app?

Use the contact form with the subject “Account deletion request” and include the phone number registered to your account. We process verified requests within 30 days and confirm by SMS.

What we keep

Safety records required by law or for fraud prevention (e.g. moderation history of banned accounts) may be retained in de-identified form. Everything else is permanently erased.
